Jack Roddy

Jack is a Computer Science Master’s student at UM, and has been a member of the Wheeler lab since 2017. He completed his Bachelor’s in Computer Science at UM in 2019. Most of his research in the lab has been in developing Machine Learning models to improve biological sequence annotation, but recently he has taken an interest in the effective visualization of genomic data. In his free time, Jack hangs out with his cat and does as little as possible.
